When it comes to the subject of Ecuadorian shopping malls, this is one of the classics. Not only that, there is a 100% occupancy (read: no empty shops) and the brands are great, ranging from national to international franchisees, and independent stores also.
The architecture is modern and it functions superbly, attractively soaring out of the Guayaquil cityscape.
