Asian
This is one of the best sushi bars in the whole of Ecuador, and if you're fortunate enough to visit you will certainly see - and taste - why. The sushi chefs refuse to use anything other than the very finest and freshest ingredients, which is something that will become deliciously apparent with every single mouthful you take.
The restaurant caters to the traditionalists and the modernists: traditional tempura rolls are available to order, as are some more speciality items, such as the Japanese-style ceviche, rolled exquisitely with seaweed and seafood.
And for those of you that find raw fish about as appealing as grilled cockroaches, fear not! There are plenty of other options available, including steak, chicken and (cooked) seafood dishes with an Asian twist. The menu certainly caters to a variety of tastes, with all dishes immaculately presented and almost too beautiful to eat.
In addition, the restaurant boasts free WIFI, a spacious al fresco area and an uber-cool lounge that wouldn't look out of place in downtown Manhattan. You'll find Noe Sushi a bit pricier than some other restaurants in Quito, but the quality and selection of cuisine will certainly make the extra expense worthwhile.
